These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Visites Guidées de Londres, an independent tourist guide (sole trader) operating in London, United Kingdom.

Visites Guidées de Londres offers guided walking tours of London, conducted in French, for private groups of 1 to 20 people. Tours are described on the website visiteslondres.com.
Any booking confirmed in writing (by email) constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£), inclusive of all taxes.
Accepted payment methods:
Full payment is due upon booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation by the client: any cancellation notified in writing more than 24 hours before the tour entitles the client to a full refund. After this deadline, no refund will be given.
Cancellation by the provider: in the event of cancellation on our part (illness, force majeure), the client will be refunded in full or offered an alternative date.
Weather: tours go ahead in bad weather. In the event of dangerous weather conditions, the provider reserves the right to cancel with a full refund.
The service provider undertakes to deliver a quality service in accordance with the agreed schedule. The provider cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the client, nor for accidents resulting from a participant's inattention.
Each participant is responsible for their own safety, particularly when crossing public roads. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included in the tour price: entrance fees to monuments, transport, food and drink, and gratuities.
All content on the visiteslondres.com website (texts, itineraries, photographs) is the property of the provider. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Data collected at the time of booking (name, email, phone number) is used exclusively for the purpose of providing the service. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. In accordance with the UK GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification and deletion by writing to [email protected].
These terms are governed by English and Welsh law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action. Failing agreement, the competent courts are those of England and Wales.
