The simplest way is to fill in the booking form on each tour page, or to contact us directly by email at [email protected] or by phone at +44 796 988 26 70. We reply within 24 hours.

We accept bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer, cash and contactless payment. A Stripe payment link can be sent on request.

Full refund up to 24 hours before the tour. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours. In the event of extreme weather or an emergency, we always find a solution together.

Tours go ahead in all weathers — London is an outdoor city! We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a waterproof jacket. In the event of truly exceptional weather (storm, red alert), we will contact you to reschedule.

The guide’s fees are included. Transport, food & drinks, monument entrance fees and gratuities are not included unless otherwise stated on the tour page.

Our tours accommodate 1 to 20 people. For larger groups (schools, companies), please contact us — we can split into several groups or arrange bespoke logistics.

Most tours last 2h30 to 3h, depending on the group’s pace and curiosity. The Guildhall Art Gallery tour is 1h30, and the Tower Bridge tour is also 1h30.

All our tours are on foot. The meeting point is always near an Underground station. Transport to and from the meeting point is not included.

Yes. Our guide holds the Green Badge (London’s prestigious official guide qualification) and is also a certified City of London Guide. Our guide is registered with the Institute of Tourist Guiding (ITG).

Most of our tours are very well suited to children and some are particularly recommended for families. Children are welcome from age 5. Entry is free for children under 7. The Monarchy Rated X tour is strictly for adults aged 18 and over — no exceptions.

Yes — all our routes are wheelchair accessible or can be adapted on request. Please mention any mobility needs when booking and we will adjust the itinerary accordingly.

Yes, all our tours are designed and guided in French. They are aimed at French speakers visiting London — whether from France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada or elsewhere.

Absolutely. We can build a completely bespoke tour around your interests — a specific neighbourhood, a particular theme, a mix of several tours. Contact us to discuss your project.

For private tours, the start time is entirely flexible, subject to availability. For shared tours, the start time is fixed — please check the tour page.
